In this paper, we introduce the notion of commutator of two elements in a specific NeutroGroup.Then we define the notion Photo Paper of a NeutroNilpotentGroup and we study some of their properties.Moreover, we show that the intersection of two NeutroNilpotentGroups is a NeutroNilpotentGroup.Also, we show that the quotient of a NeutroNilpotentGroup is a NeutroNilpotentGroup.Specially, using NeutroHomomorphism we prove the NeutroNilpotentcy is closed with respect Soft Seating to homomorphic image.
